Shipping policy

At Alden Archer, we believe in complete transparency regarding our operations. We are a US-based fashion brand legally registered in Delaware. To provide our customers with high-end designs at factory-direct pricing, we utilize a global supply chain where products are dispatched directly from our international and domestic fulfillment centers.

1. Shipping Origin & Fulfillment

While our administrative headquarters is in the United States, our products are fulfilled and shipped from our specialized partner warehouses in East Asia (China) and our secondary warehouse facility in the United States. This dual-warehouse model allows us to eliminate high storage costs and pass those savings directly to our customers.

2. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days.
  • Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.
  • Business Days: Processing and shipping occur Monday through Friday (excluding US and international public holidays).

3. Shipping & Delivery Times

Our delivery windows include both the processing time and the transit time to your address:

Note: These are estimates. Factors such as customs inspections, local postal delays, or extreme weather may occasionally impact delivery times.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (2026 Disclosure)

For our US customers, we aim for a "no-surprise" experience.

  • United States Orders: Alden Archer operates on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. We handle all import clearances and pay all associated customs duties and taxes. The total at checkout is the final price you pay.
  • International Orders: For orders shipped outside the US, customers are responsible for any local import duties or VAT applicable in their respective countries.

5. Shipping Costs

  • United States: Flat rate shipping of $5.99.
  • International: Flat rate shipping of $7.99.

Note: All shipping fees are non-refundable and are clearly displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can monitor your shipment via our [Track Your Order] page. Please allow 3–5 days for the initial tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Accuracy at checkout is the customer's responsibility. Alden Archer is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to our fulfillment center because of an address error, the customer may be responsible for reshipment costs.
